What Kazam24 Ltd collects through this website and through our apps, including Clasp. It's short because we collect very little.
Who we are

This website
- We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of visit, for security and reliability. We do not use them to identify you.
- If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as needed.
Clasp
- We cannot see your content. Photos, videos, notes, captions and dates are encrypted on your iPhone before they are stored. The keys stay on your devices and in your iCloud Keychain. Kazam24 never receives them.
- Your data lives in your own iCloud. Shared items are stored in each person's own iCloud account using Apple's iCloud services, not on servers run by us.
- No accounts with us, no ads, no tracking. Clasp contains no analytics or third-party tracking.
- Notifications are generic, for example "Something new in Clasp", and never include your photos, captions or notes.
- Camera and Photos access is used only to add items you choose. Photos taken with the in-app camera are not saved to your Photos library.
- Ending a space destroys its keys and deletes its data for both people. It cannot be recovered, by you or by us.
- Clasp is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because Clasp content is encrypted with keys only you hold, we have no Clasp content to provide or delete; you control it in the app. To make a request, email magician@kazam24.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
